We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us at returns@ladieschoice.net and we will work with you to make it right.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

• How to Request a Return: Email returns@ladieschoice.net with your Order Number in the subject line to request return authorization and instructions.

• Condition Requirements:

  • Garments & Wearables: Must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All Other Products: Must be unopened, unplayed, unassembled, and in brand-new, original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue or transit handling, please contact returns@ladieschoice.net immediately. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our best to issue a replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.

Exchanges

Due to the extreme limited-edition nature of many of our items, direct exchanges are possible but not guaranteed and depend entirely on available stock levels at the time your return is processed.
